Every body wants a piece of all the valued assets in the company. A property, title or a deed can easily be divided into shares. The division of any asset into shares or portions is known as fractional ownership. If a company which is being formed also owns a property can allow investors to buy shares from the company. These shares can be purchased by many investors.
